No Returns or Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds except in cases where the product has been damaged during transit.
Damaged Product Claims
If you receive a damaged product, you must notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a refund, you must provide:
- An uncut and unedited unboxing video clearly showing the sealed package being opened and the damaged product inside.
- Your order number and contact details.
Claims submitted without an uncut and unedited unboxing video will not be accepted.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be approved if:
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- The claim is raised within 24 hours of delivery.
- A clear, uncut, and unedited unboxing video is provided as proof.
Refund Amount
If your claim is approved:
- Only the product value will be refunded.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after approval.
