Order Rejections & Incorrect Delivery Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses and contact information at the time of placing an order.

Prepaid Order Rejections

If a customer refuses or rejects a prepaid order at the time of delivery, no refund will be issued under any circumstances.

Incorrect Address or Contact Information

If an order is returned to Sab Badhiya Jewels due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, incorrect contact details, or the customer being unavailable to receive the package, only 50% of the product value will be refunded after the package is successfully returned to us.

Shipping charges, handling fees, and any return-to-origin (RTO) charges incurred by Sab Badhiya Jewels will be deducted and are strictly non-refundable.

Sab Badhiya Jewels reserves the right to refuse refunds in cases of repeated order rejections or misuse of our shipping and refund policies.
